  Usually order from here on lazy nights.
  That day wanted to try their new snack Poutine.
  It is supposed to come with curd cheese but Came with no cheese. When we called the shop, the man who picked up the phone ( apparently cashier ) told me there wasn't supposed to be any cheese.
  Immediately stood on a defensive line without understanding the customer.
  
  Asked for the manager who didn't even apologize and tried to justify that the person who picked up the phone is just a cashier and doesn't need to know the ingredients which go inside the food he is taking money for!
  
  Then the manager asked me abruptly what would I like to do with a voice / attitude that I am trying to milk them.
  
  Absolutely horrible service!

  Despite having ordered many times online, tonight your system was not working well. After selecting my (3) pizzas & putting in the voucher code, I proceeded to pay online. At this stage the order was submitted without payment 2 instead (3) pizzas, there were only (2) on the order. The voucher discount applied was also incorrect & was charging me more.
  I received a phone call from the store advising that my order had come through twice. I advised that I wanted to cancel both orders the store received as they were incorrect with the number of pizzas & the amount charged.
  I was advised that the 1st order couldn't be cancelled as it was in the oven & they would just make the additional pizza separately.
  I insisted many times that I wanted to cancel the order as I wanted all 3 pizzas to be fresh & cooked at the same time & I wanted the correct discount applied.
  The staff member spoke to the manager & I was told that they would honour the coupon voucher & make all (3) pizzas again.
  I confirmed they were going to make them fresh & together & was told they would.
  After picking up the pizzas & arriving home, we discovered that was NOT the case. It was quite obvious that they gave me the original two (2) pizzas from the first order as the so called "thin and crispy" bases were soft, chewy & very unpleasant to eat. The 3rd pizza had obviously been made after the other two (2) as it was much hotter & the base was in fact "thin and crispy" like it should be.
  I am VERY angry that I was lied to & told that the (3) pizzas would all be made fresh & cooked together, when in fact they had not!
  They might think that they were smart & got away with it - but they are VERY wrong! I did not get the pizzas that I ordered, which was obvious from the big difference in temperature and quality of the base.
  That's fine - I will tell everyone that I know in the local area, not to purchase pizzas from this store. I will also leave unfavourable reviews everywhere I can for this store.
  It is very poor business practice to lie & try to deceive your customers.
