  Very poor customer service from Wattle Grove Air. Spent $1000 getting a part fixed and a re gassed and then 6 months later it was not working again - but we had only used it 5 times. Had to pay for them to come out again and we had to wait 2 and a half weeks for them to come whilst sweltering through several 40 degree days and nights to tell us they were not sure and added more gas to it. They got it working but told us that for a full diagnosis they would need to spend the day out here at an hourly rate! Only worked for a week and broke again. We did some of our own research and realised that it may have something to do with the zones, which was never checked by the technician. We turned the power off at the mains and then back on and it started working again which saved me another $180 call out fee. I do not feel that I have received any quality customer service from this company. They have not asked us any questions to try to troubleshoot. I have so far spent $1200 with this company and still do not have a fully functioning air conditioner. My air con in the car went at the same time and I am still not sure of the issue but received a full explanation from the technician of what he did and the diagnostic measures that he has taken to try and find the problem and it was the same day service. I understand that they do not know what the problem is but when I call up to try and explain I get a very efficient girl on the phone who will not entertain chatter or explanations - she just gives you the next available date (of more than 2 weeks) void of empathy and a cost. The technician then comes our and tells us that he doesn't know what the last technician said or did, however our invoices clearing show that it was the same technician both times. I know your business is servicing and selling air conditioners but a little customer service goes a long long way.
