  Was very happy with the service from Wayne. My phone calls were either answered promptly or returned even during the Christmas public holidays. When I needed to reschedule my replacement due to my system leaking badly Wayne managed this very quickly. Kept me up to date on installation time. Very appreciative of advice given. Definately would recommend to anyone needing a hot water system..

  Hassle-free, professional and friendly service by the office and installation team. The new hot water system installed and all rubbish and old hot water tank are removed and disposed.
  
  The price is really fair and competitive and strongly recommended to our friends and family.

  My first experience with this company was on Monday when a very professional and friendly guy called Luke came out to troubleshoot my boiler issue, in response to my request for the rental estate agent to attend to it, urgently.The system's temperature was not holding and had become very erratic. The water would suddenly become extremely hot or go stone cold, with no warning, and this caused my skin to burn a few times.I received a call later the same day and I was advised that a new boiler would be supplied and fitted the next day.Luke came out again within the designated time frame, removed the old boiler and installed the new one very efficiently.As a tenant I don't have a choice in which services are used and I so I am very glad it was this one!

  It's a great service when you're buying a system. It's the worst service possible if you need that system serviced, especially on a Saturday and under warranty. The second I mentioned the system might be under warranty, the guy I was speaking to on the phone decided the issue was with the off peak electricity relay. Yep, just like that. Basically, if you're not worried about the follow up service, it's a smooth and easy install. However, if you prefer a company that actually bothers with a warranty service without making you fight for it, go somewhere else. (And yes, I've reported them to the ACCC and have done what I can in that regard.)
